The staff here are friendly. They really helped create a warm and cute environment. The bar staff took pride in the presentation of the products. The food at dinner was AMAZING!!!
The constant rumbling of the pipes ruined my night. This happened every 10 minutes. I hardly got any sleep. Standard of drinks varied. I was served warm wine.

The room was clean the breakfast had a good choice of hot food.
Loud music played on the public system in the early hours. I tried ringing the overnight emergency telephone number. There was no answer. I had to go downstairs to find a staff member to ask him to turn it down.
